This is my own special blend, made especially for ribs but it goes well with a wide variety of your favorite foods.

It has a lower salt content so you can add more flavor without over-salting.  It is gluten free and there is no MSG.  What it does have is a lot of flavor!

Onion, garlic, pepper, salt form the base with plenty of heat to make it fun.  The thing about the relatively mild jalapeno and guajillo peppers is that when you cook them they settle down and give more flavor and less heat.   Sprinkle a little on top after cooking to kick it up if you like the heat!  

I have heard back from people who love this on pizza, shrimp, & my own favorite - chowder.  Let me know what you think!
